How do I book a tour with Experience Travel and Tour?+
Browse tours at experienceghana.travel/tours, pick a departure date, and choose your traveller count. You'll hold your seats for 15 minutes while you fill in traveller details and pay — once payment clears, your booking is confirmed by email.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept card payments internationally through Stripe, and Ghana mobile money or card payments through JuniPay. You can pay in Ghana Cedis (GHS) or by card in other currencies — either way, checkout is secured by our payment processors, and we never store your card or mobile money details ourselves.
Can I pay later instead of paying at checkout?+
Yes. At checkout you can choose Pay Later: fill in your details to lock in your booking, then log in to your account and pay any time up to 48 hours before your departure or pickup time. If payment isn't made by then, the booking is automatically released.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Most tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start date for a full refund. Some tours may have different terms — the exact cancellation window for each tour is shown on its booking page.
Do you offer custom or private trips?+
Yes. Tell us your travel dates, party size, and interests on our Custom Trip page, and our Ghana-based team will put together a personalised itinerary for you rather than a fixed package.
Do I need to create a password to book?+
No. We use passwordless sign-in — enter your email and we'll send you a one-time sign-in link, so there's no password to create or remember.
