What to Expect: Flight Tracking: We monitor your flight status in real-time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver’s schedule is adjusted accordingly. Meet & Greet Service: Upon clearing customs and retrieving your luggage, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Luggage Assistance: Your driver will assist you with your bags and guide you to your waiting vehicle. Comfortable Fleet: Choose from our range of clean, air-conditioned vehicles, including standard sedans, spacious SUVs, and group minivans, depending on your party size. How to Book: Simply provide your flight details, arrival time, and destination during your tour booking process, or contact our customer support team to add a transfer to your itinerary.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the pickup time and 3 to 24 hours before pickup for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup, or if the passenger fails to meet/contact driver within 2 hours of arrival leads to forfeit of full fare. We monitor flight statuses in real-time hence if there is a change in flight schedule, your pickup time adjusts automatically at no extra charge. However, if your flight is canceled or significantly rerouted by the airline, notify us as soon as possible to reschedule without penalty, subject to vehicle availability.
Frequently asked questions
How is the airport pickup fare calculated?+
It's a base fare plus GH₵6 per kilometre from Accra International Airport to your destination. The base fare depends on the vehicle you choose: GH₵300 for a Standard Saloon, GH₵2,000 for an Executive 4x4, or GH₵1,200 for a Minibus/Van. Up to 2 passengers and 2 bags per passenger are included free — extra passengers are GH₵100 each and extra bags are GH₵50 each.
What car options are available?+
Standard Saloon, Executive 4x4, and Minibus/Van — pick whichever fits your group size and comfort preference when you book.
How far in advance should I book?+
You can book on demand for same-day pickups, or in advance for a future flight. If you choose Pay Later at checkout, payment is due at least 48 hours before your pickup time.
What if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight number and adjust your pickup time for delays at no extra charge.
Can I cancel my airport pickup booking?+
Yes — cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup time for a full refund.
